1. About this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Zoa Scan collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit or use the Zoa Scan website, contact us, create an account, submit information, interact with listings, follow links to third-party retailers or otherwise use our services.

In this Privacy Notice, “Zoa Scan”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Zoa Scan website and services.

2. What Zoa Scan Does

Zoa Scan is an information, discovery and comparison platform focused on zoanthids, corals, reef livestock and related products.

We may display information about livestock or products offered by independent third-party retailers and provide links that enable users to visit those retailers.

Zoa Scan does not sell livestock and does not process the purchase of livestock displayed through third-party listings unless we expressly state otherwise.

When you leave Zoa Scan and visit a third-party retailer, that retailer is responsible for its own handling of your personal information.
